Responsibilities

Help lead a medium size team of Systems Engineers
Execute of systems planning and requirements development
Create and review of systems requirements to include, software, component, subsystem, and operational concepts
Allocate of requirements to engineering other disciplines
Creating system test plans, procedures and reports
Provide oversight to product design, development, integration, and verification
Develop and maintain external relationships with customers, other contractors and government officials
Manage and participate in trade studies, peer reviews, and customer meetings
Preparing and delivering technical presentations internally and with customers
Monitor and report metrics such as System Technical Performance Measures
Supports proposal development activities, including proposal text development, cost and schedule estimating, and presentation activities

Required

BS degree in a STEM field in addition to 10+ Years of relevant industry or equivalent
Active United States security clearance, Top Secret, SCI Eligible
Leadership skills and experience directing and mentoring engineers on complex programs
Expert in effectively documenting, communicating, leading and working with a team on designs, results, reports, and presentations
Experience performing systems engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test)
Experience developing viable concept solutions, identifying and tracking technical risks, and leading technical teams

Preferred

MS degree in a STEM field in addition to 8+ Years of relevant industry or equivalent
Specific skills within the Electronic Attack (EA) domains of Electronic Warfare (EW)
Experience with the Compass Call Program
Experience with technical performance measurements
Familiarity or experience with Agile Systems Engineering
