Responsibilities
Provide technical CM support and guidance
Media production
Ensure the integrity and consistency of multiple CM Change Control Boards (CCBs)
Provide CCB meeting support
Prepare and provide agendas, minutes, notifications, and information packages
Track action and decision items
Schedule and coordinate periodic meetings with software development team
Maintain status accounting records
Conduct special investigations to include periodic reports from the CM database
Provide summary impact statements as required Receive, edit, and distribute reports to/from
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or job-related experience
Excellent written communication skills; working knowledge of MS-Office and integrated software applications
One-year configuration management experience including data entry and report generation; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required
Position requires the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance
Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET US Government Clearance
Candidates must maintain a valid Real ID driver's license required for access to customer site and have access to reliable transportation (rideshare options such as Uber, Lyft etc. are not permitted) as this position requires occasional travel between local worksites during the week
