The role involves supporting daily accounting operations, collaborating with business owners, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities

Work under Senior Accountants to support the daily accounting operations for clients, ensuring accurate handling of bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and inventory accounting in compliance with U.S. GAAP

Collaborate directly with business owners of successful entrepreneurial ventures, providing financial insights and guidance

Monitor cash flow, develop budgets, and create financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making

Support month-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

Prepare and review financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, while analyzing variances and trends

Manage bank reporting and ensure compliance with credit agreements on a monthly basis

Facilitate financial audits and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
