Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture , including platform strategy, instance design, and governance standards

Develop and maintain architectural roadmaps , technical blueprints, and platform guardrails across the ServiceNow ecosystem

Ensure all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise objectives

Lead the architecture of multi-module implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, and other platform areas

Review and validate solution designs, integrations, and development approaches for technical integrity and best practices

Conduct architectural assessments to ensure performance, reliability, and platform health

Design and oversee integrations using Integration Hub, APIs, web services, and event-driven patterns

Lead CMDB/CSDM architecture , data modeling, discovery strategy, and service mapping

Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across all platform components

Facilitate technical workshops with executives, architects, and engineering teams to guide platform decisions

Translate complex technical concepts into clear direction for stakeholders at all levels

Mentor technical teams and promote best practices across development and implementation

Identify architectural risks and develop mitigation strategies

Support Engagement Managers with scope, timeline, and quality oversight

Enforce architecture governance across projects to ensure consistent and reliable delivery

Stay current on ServiceNow releases and evaluate new features for enterprise applicability

Drive optimization initiatives focused on performance, maintainability, and platform maturity

Promote reusable components, common patterns, and standardized approaches
