Responsibilities

Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex CNC machines and systems
Bringing new, state-of-the-art machinery online through precision installations
Providing world-class customer service
Building genuine, lasting relationships and creating legendary value
Proactively seeking out and annihilating any obstacle that stands between our customers and peak productivity

Qualification

Required

Deep experience with CNC machinery OR a strong mechanical and electrical background
Proven track record in a service or maintenance environment
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
Ability to be the most knowledgeable service engineer in the industry
Desire to continually learn each and every day
Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the month within assigned region between Monday and Friday

Preferred

Mechatronics, Machining, or Engineering certification or degree
