Responsibilities
Routinely inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, fans, and air handling units (AHUs), and clean cooling towers
Conduct monthly fire pump and generator testing
Regularly inspect facility systems, replace filters, and grease components as needed
Maintain logs to document maintenance activities and ensure proper inventory of supplies, equipment, and tools
Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including painting, drywall, and basic carpentry
Adhere to all applicable standards and regulatory guidelines, including OSHA, to maintain a safe working environment
Assist other departments, such as Marketing with event setup, and work collaboratively to ensure the smooth operation of the property
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 1-3 years of building maintenance experience with skills in carpentry, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing
Basic knowledge of electrical systems, fire protection hydraulic and alarm systems
The ability to read and interpret plans and schematic drawings is required
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
A self-starter with the ability to work independently, diagnose equipment problems, and apply common sense to solve issues
A valid Driver's License is required
Preferred
A High School Diploma or GED is preferred
