Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders to develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and analyze monthly results for various functions
Develop and maintain financial models to assess strategic resource allocation
Support the growth of our teams and organizational structure through headcount forecasting and reconciliation
Track and approve requisitions/POs/invoices in alignment with budgets
Be curious, ask questions, identify and implement process improvements
Build strong relationships in this highly visible role across multiple organizations in the US and Europe
Support modeling and administration of Adaptive Planning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with 4+ years of work experience, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth environment
Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills; expertise in Excel/Google Sheets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-financial audiences
Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently in a timely manner
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
Curiosity of emerging AI technologies to improve Finance and company efficiency

Preferred
Experience with Adaptive Insights is a plus, and/or similar financial planning tools
