Responsible for overseeing Help Desk front line support by phone or online presence providing technical support and information
Receives and prioritizes Help Desk requests either by phone or other electronic method and issues tickets on all received communication
Performs technical support for computer hardware and software
Inform department leadership of project time lines and any known issues leadership may need to be made aware of
Service Manager System Administrator
Qualification
Required
Three years' experience in Help Desk or Technology call center role
Consideration would be given to certifications and/or education that would be equivalent to or greater than the required certifications, for this position
Preferred
Associate degree in computer science, or technical certificate in computer related field from a vo-tech school
1 year in a call center lead role
Two years' experience with personal computer hardware and software, to include Microsoft products
