Responsibilities

Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Corporate Operations and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to develop and refine strategic reporting and planning processes so we can hit our aggressive growth targets

Serve as a trusted advisor on best practices for growth systems (ie Salesforce), championing data integrity and governance standards

Support the Business Development team by analyzing top-line data to identify business trends, surface insights, and enable informed, data-backed decision

Collaborate closely with Business Development, Corporate Technology, Financial Operations, and Revenue Operations teams to refine and improve systems and processes to scale effectively

Design and deliver onboarding and training programs to support the effectiveness of our growth teams and ensuring adoption of best practices

Required

5-10 years experience in a revenue operations, business operations or strategy role at a high-growth technology company

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences

Project management experience including: requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, deployment, training, and delivery

Aptitude for rapid learning and assimilating new information to swiftly become proficient in unfamiliar subject areas and technologies

Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
