Contract Administrator
Osmose is the market-leading provider of critical resiliency, assessment, and restoration services for electric transmission, distribution, and telecommunications companies. They are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator responsible for managing all aspects of the contract lifecycle, from negotiation to execution and analysis. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Apply consistent methods to understand project intelligence, competitive positions, and proposal objectives
Work in conjunction with Project Estimator, sales, and operations to ensure timeliness and accuracy when a proposal is created, pricing is completed, contracts are established and job set up begins
Stay apprised of up-to-date information required to accurately and efficiently submit proposals and contracts
Maintain and archive records of customer information and contracts
Assist in the creation of best practices and procedures that will allow the company to utilize customer and contractual information without redundancy
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED and at least one (1) year of related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard
Good writing and verbal communication skills in order to effectively correspond with customers concerning proposals and contracts
