Responsibilities

Help build the foundation of the firm’s next-generation in-house research management capabilities
Work directly with investment teams, data vendors, and technology partners to design and deliver systems that streamline research sourcing, integrate financial and qualitative data, and ensure that research seamlessly flows into ongoing monitoring, exposure analysis, credit surveillance, and future cash projections
Lead requirements gathering, shape system architecture, manage integrations, and guide post-implementation enhancements
Play a key role in vendor management, release planning, and communication with stakeholders across investment, operations, and risk

Required

Deep experience in liquid credit, private credit, and research management workflows
Experience building or supporting research management systems
Experience working closely with front-office credit teams
Experience integrating research data into post-investment monitoring workflows
Understanding of how credit analysts think and how research is produced and consumed across liquid and private credit
Ability to translate workflows into scalable technical solutions
Experience in requirements gathering, shaping system architecture, managing integrations, and guiding post-implementation enhancements
Experience in vendor management, release planning, and communication with stakeholders across investment, operations, and risk
Fully authorized to work in the US without any sponsorship/visa
