Construction
Responsibilities
Support preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
Maintain project documentation such as contracts, invoices, and timesheets
Track expenditures and assist in comparing actuals to budgets
Aid in compiling labor code usage and certified payroll tracking
Assist in project billing, invoice submission, and AR follow-up
Help keep schedule and production tracking tools current
Participate in routine project meetings and reporting preparation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance
0–3 years of relevant experience in project accounting or project controls
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred
Internship or co-op experience in a construction or engineering environment
Familiarity with CMiC, ADP, or other ERP/project management software
Exposure to project delivery methods such as FFP, CPFF, or T&M
