Stay informed on travel industry trends, policies, and promotional offers
Maintain accurate records of client communications and bookings
Collaborate with team members to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in travel planning, customer service, or hospitality preferred
Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
