Drafting and analyzing equity and non-equity incentive compensation arrangements
Preparing the compensation and benefits-related portions of securities filings required by the SEC
Identifying and solving executive compensation and benefits related issues that arise in the context of mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and other corporate transactions
Qualification
Required
Experience in drafting and analyzing equity and non-equity incentive compensation arrangements
Experience in drafting and analyzing deferred compensation arrangements
Experience in drafting and analyzing employment agreements
Experience in drafting and analyzing severance and change in control arrangements
Experience in preparing the compensation and benefits-related portions of securities filings required by the SEC
Experience in identifying and solving executive compensation and benefits related issues that arise in the context of mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and other corporate transactions
Superior academic credentials
Strong written, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a team and handle significant individual responsibilities
