Responsibilities
Champion System Support: Monitor, prioritize, and resolve user requests and system alerts with precision
Quality Assurance: Design and execute test plans to guarantee customer requirements are met
Project Tracking: Keep stakeholders informed by tracking and reporting work item statuses
Deliver Excellence: Write and deliver code that meets functionality and performance standards
Customer Collaboration: Engage professionally with customers to gather requirements, share insights, and provide reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, or equivalent technical experience
5–10 years in systems or IT, with strong expertise in application development, testing, and defect resolution
Proficiency in COBOL, DB2, CICS, IMSDB/DC, JCL, and TSO/ISPF within an IBM MVS mainframe environment
Solid understanding of IT application and delivery processes
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities
Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative mindset
Preferred
Background in metals or manufacturing/industrial applications
Experience with scheduling and inventory systems
Proven success collaborating with offshore development teams
