Responsibilities

Lead the incubator’s technical strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate and CBG growth objectives

Establish and maintain frameworks for technology scouting, feasibility analysis, and commercialization pathways

Drive decision-making using data-driven insights, market analytics, and technical risk assessments. Source and evaluate early-stage technologies, platforms, and business models from internal R&D and external ecosystems

Lead technical due diligence and proof-of-concept development for high-potential ideas

Lead the structured stage-gate processes for rapid prototyping, validation, and scaling

Lead product development team to ensure technical viability

Collaborate with finance, marketing, and commercial teams to build business cases, and go-to-market strategies

Translate complex technical concepts into clear business implications for executive stakeholders

Manage incubator infrastructure

Apply agile methodologies and lean startup principles to accelerate innovation cycles

Optimize resource allocation across multiple technical projects with varying risk profiles

Represent the incubator within CBG and the enterprise

Required

Advanced degree or higher in a business or STEM related field (completed and verified prior to start)
