Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance
Solve complex technical challenges and optimize system performance through innovative solutions
Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and direction to help them grow
Ability to write and maintain technical documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, QA, and operations, to drive product development and ensure successful delivery
Adhere to Best Practices with company software
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in C# and proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks, especially React, for building responsive, high-performance, and user-centric web applications
Strong experience architecting and deploying cloud-native, serverless, and containerized applications on AWS (Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, S3, Step Functions, API Gateway, Fargate)
Experienced in integrating AI/ML technologies into production software systems, leveraging frameworks like OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and LangChain, with a strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, APIs, and intelligent automation workflows
Proficiency in designing and working with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
Awareness of authentication, authorization, encryption, and compliance best practices for cloud-hosted applications
Hands-on experience participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team collaboration
Brings enthusiasm, optimism, and a can-do attitude to every project
Leads by example — mentors junior developers, supports peers, and takes ownership of key technical decisions with confidence and humility
Analytical and inventive, able to break down complex technical challenges and design innovative, efficient solutions
Adaptable and resilient, skilled at navigating shifting priorities, new technologies, and evolving business needs
