Responsibilities

Maintain full oversight of all cases within the pod, keeping work organized, timely, and moving

Prioritize and delegate tasks to Legal Assistants, ensuring clear instructions, accuracy, and professionalism

Review files, identify missing information, and prepare matters so the attorney has everything needed for settlement discussions

Monitor case progress daily, flag delays early, and remove blockers to keep throughput high

Perform higher-level paralegal activities, including document review, fact validation, and preparation of settlement materials

When directed by the attorney, engage in certain negotiation or settlement activities to keep cases moving and accelerate recovery

Communicate proactively with attorneys, adjusters, and internal teams to obtain information or resolve questions

Provide day-to-day guidance to Legal Assistants on workflow, quality standards, and case requirements

Help uphold pod performance by driving consistent throughput and supporting KPI goals

Ensure case updates, notes, and communication records are accurate, complete, and clear
