Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service
Assist walk-in customers at the IT Help Desk
Answer incoming phone calls at the IT Help Desk
Respond to Help Desk emails in a timely manner
Create IT Support tickets
Provide quick solutions to general IT-related issues
Troubleshoot and fix general computer-related problems
Assist with miscellaneous work/projects as instructed by supervisor
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled as an ONU student
Good academic standing
Professionalism
Ability to multitask
Ability to communicate effectively
Have a general understanding of current technology
Have a general understanding of ONU IT resources & procedures
