Responsibilities

The Business Systems Analyst works with the business and information technology staff, performing analysis, requirements elicitation, specifications development, documentation, technical writing, communications, and testing as required
Responsible for maintaining existing systems and associated responsibilities, establishing new system requirements, documentation and test plans

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years business systems analysis experience
Proficiency with business analysis methodologies, such as requirements elicitation and documentation
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
Proficiency in understanding business needs and practices for information security

Preferred

Master's degree in Information Technology Business field
Subject matter expertise in Cyber Security and related Cyber technologies / applications
Knowledge of database-oriented analysis tools and techniques, especially SQL
