Responsibilities
Facilitates relocation of new Professional Staff and APPs
Completes requirements for pre-hires of Professional Staff and APPs, i.e., obtaining necessary documents, I-9 completion, scheduling pre-employment physicals, obtaining security access/badges
Schedules for and conducts onboarding/orientation sessions
Orders, assembles and distributes new provider welcome kits
Provides follow-up to new staff by conducting check-ins and on-boarding surveys
Processes immigration paperwork as directed by Manager - Provider Services and external legal council
Assists Manager - Provider Services with recruitment efforts for Professional Staff/APP leaders
Supplements activities of Recruitment Services Specialists as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree: Related Field; Experience In Lieu of Education
Preferred
Previous experience in recruiting, marketing, personnel, customer services or related activities preferred
Understanding of healthcare and medical environment helpful
Some computer experience preferred
