Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing accounting team while cultivating a culture of growth, accuracy, and accountability
Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and compliance in alignment with GAAP and internal policies
Work closely with cross-functional partners, external auditors, and regulatory agencies to ensure seamless and timely financial operations
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance internal controls, and implement automation for improved efficiency
Support strategic planning, forecasting, and financial modeling for major business initiatives
Influence leadership decisions by providing data-driven insights and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA required
5–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including team leadership or supervisory roles
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with ERP systems
Strong analytical skills

Demonstrated success in audits
