Responsibilities
Manage assigned client accounts with care and precision
Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients from kickoff through project completion and beyond
Prepare and respond to quotes, proposals, and work orders
Collaborate with design, project management, and production to keep projects on track with budgets, schedules, and creative goals
Coordinate logistics and support clients on-site at installations and events
Provide after-hours support to clients and internal teams when needed
Travel to projects, shows, and events (3–4 times per year including Las Vegas and other locations)
Share feedback and recommendations with leadership to continuously improve client service and project delivery
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a client-facing role (account management, sales, customer success, or related)
Strong communication skills written, verbal, and on-the-go mobile communication
Comfort with Microsoft Office with the ability to stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-moving environment
Preferred
College degree preferred but not required
Events, tradeshow, or architectural interiors experience is a plus but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate
