Responsibilities

Manage & lead a software engineering team building new core payment systems
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Program, Data, and others to deliver high-quality software products
Provide technical thought-leadership to define architecture and tackle system design challenges for a capable team of engineers
Leverage your engineering principles & experiences to identify potential roadblocks and anticipate future opportunities
Lead a team building "0 to 1" while balancing the considerations at "10" & "100"

Qualification

Software Engineering ManagementPayments TechnologyCloud-Native (AWS)Microservices ArchitectureSystem DesignCross-Functional CollaborationTechnical Thought LeadershipProblem Solving

Required

Bachelor's in Computer Science, CIS, CSE, or similar combination of education and/or professional experience
5+ years experience in software engineering (hands-on in production)
3+ years managing software engineering teams (preferably building payments-related technology, or other SaaS products)
cloud-native (AWS)
Accustomed to complex integrations & micro services architecture

Preferred

knowledge/experience in 'Payments'
bonus points for mono to micro breakouts
