Responsibilities
Assists in budget preparation
Assists with audit and year end closing
Prepares monthly group financial statements
Prepares and records monthly closing journal entries
Prepares weekly and monthly labor and equipment reports for operations
Processes transactions for fixed assets (journal entries and book/tax depreciations)
Reconciles asset and liability ledger accounts
Qualification
Required
1+ year's knowledge of standard accounting procedures
Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs
Preferred
Construction accounting experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting field preferred
