They are seeking a Manager for Kitchen Operations to coordinate meal plans, oversee food preparation, and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines while working closely with the team’s Performance Team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate meal plans at home

Daily food preparation, cooking, and service to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation

Basic cooking, plating, and delivery of meals to players, coaches, & staff

Monitor inventory levels (i.e., food, supplies, snacks, and beverages); place orders for supplies and ingredients, and check deliveries

Maintain vendor relationships to secure high-quality ingredients

Strictly enforce all local, state, and federal food safety and sanitation guidelines; maintain the cleanliness, organization, and proper function of all commercial kitchen equipment

Work directly with Performance Team to implement performance-focused menus; complete detailed notes daily on player diet, allergies, and preferences

Coordinate food service for team travel, which may involve working with external hotels, catering companies, and venues to ensure the team's dietary standards and performance menus are maintained on the road

Manage food service for team events and family meals as needed; maintain the team's standard of excellence
