Responsibilities

Perform tasks associated with the installation, operation, repair, and maintenance of various media technologies for three FOX owned and operated multi-platform television stations

Support and install broadcast equipment, production systems, video streaming technologies, and/or IT related components

Maintain and operate systems to support live programming

Required

Previous experience within a television station or similar industry supporting and installing broadcast equipment, production systems, video streaming technologies, and/or IT related components

Skilled with both SDI and IP video standards, such as SMPTE 2110, NDI, and Dante

Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn new technologies

Ability to communicate effectively with management, vendors and co-workers

Work efficiently and meet deadlines

Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team

Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time

Must be flexible with schedule and willing to work weekends, holidays and occasional overnight shifts

Ability to lift 50lbs

Must possess a valid drivers' license

Preferred

Bachelors or associate degree in a television, engineering, or information technology field of study
