Responsibilities
Collaborate with implant material processing groups and process demonstrations, processing wafers, measuring wafers, analyzing results, and documentation
Participate in development projects involving wafer processing, desire metrology and present updates in group meetings
Support process engineering through procurement, shipping samples, and tracking inventory functions
Qualification
Required
Student must be in good academic standing at their university
Hands-on expertise on thin film materials characterizations techniques such as ellipsometry, electrical IV/CV measurements, FTIR, microscopy and mechanical properties testing
Preferred
Students who are currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field in Semiconductors
Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
Familiarity with modeling methodologies such as FEM, Monte Carlo simulations, etc. in addition to knowledge of modelling automation techniques
