Account Executive, Groups & Hospitality Sales

The San Francisco Giants are seeking an Account Executive for their Groups and Hospitality Sales Team, responsible for driving group ticket and premium hospitality sales at Oracle Park. This role involves prospecting, client engagement, and managing the sales process to meet growth targets in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

Drive ticket sales through traditional group sales, community driven theme events, and special event sales
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs, including:
50+ outbound calls per day to potential and existing clients
2+ in-person meetings or stadium tours per week
Monthly ticket sales and revenue quota (specific quota to be defined by management)
Conducting and adhering to the required sales cadences given to each campaign
Meet or exceed a client retention rate of 30%
Proactively source new leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline
Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage client relationships, and navigate pipelines
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
Attend games and events during non-traditional business hours to engage with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving personal and team sales goals
Maintain a proactive mindset by seeking new opportunities to drive sales and enhance client satisfaction
Thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, adapting to changing priorities and demands
Show a willingness to go above and beyond, including taking initiative on projects and tasks without direct supervision

Required

Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to customers
A self-starter who is prepared to work in a fast-paced industry
Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Previous experience in sports sales is preferred
