They are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiting Coordinator to join their Talent team, responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.

Responsibilities

Be the glue: Coordination is the glue that holds our recruiting process together. In this role you’ll take ownership of end-to-end scheduling as candidates move through our process; managing complex calendars, requests, and different time zones

Develop strong relationships: You’ll be supporting our hiring managers, recruiters, and our agency partners to ensure a smooth and efficient process with a white-glove level of service

The ultimate host: As we scale, we’ll increasingly have multiple candidates visiting our Foster City office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. You’ll be handling the logistics with booking conference rooms, managing last minute changes, and ensuring a smooth onsite experience. You'll be the candidate’s main point of contact while onsite, providing a warm and welcoming environment!

Required

Proficiency with Google Suite, and Slack, familiarity with other recruiting tools is a plus!
