Corporate IS Program Manager

Responsibilities
Demonstrates knowledge and application of Program / Product/ Projects in a complex healthcare information systems environment
Partner with business and clinical leaders to align technology solutions with operational goals
Demonstrates knowledge of healthcare operations and systems
Manage programs composed of multiple interdependent technology solutions and teams
Evaluates, manages the development of, and implements custom and packaged software projects
Apply strong knowledge of healthcare operations, applications development, data structures, and system integration
Demonstrates the ability to work with business and clinical management at the highest levels of an organization
Demonstrates a working knowledge of applications development, database management and operating systems
Coordinates the activities and deliverables of project team(s) from various areas of an organization
Knowledgeable of the use of Project Management tools and methodologies (project plans, project charters, change control, TDR testing, command center planning, go live planning, etc.)
Provide clear, audience-appropriate communication to executives, clinicians, and staff
Deliver strong quantitative and analytical insight into solution requirements, scope, and performance measures which includes ROI analysis, and benefit tracking
Performs duties in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies, and procedures
Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
15+ years of progressive experience in a complex healthcare provider environment
10+ years of demonstrated senior project leadership experience
Preferred
PMP Project Management Professional
EPIC Certifications
Master's degree
10+ years of progressive experience in a complex healthcare provider environment
5+ years of demonstrated senior project leadership experience
10+ years of demonstrated senior project leadership experience at Penn Medicine
