Lead and grow the North America Security Solutions Group, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence

Partner with the Global Service Center Cybersecurity Center of Excellence to align strategies and share best practices

Expand the Security Solutions business for Ovation systems through close collaboration with Marketing, Product Development, Projects, and Sales teams

Build strong relationships with North America customers to deliver high-quality control system security solutions

Attract, develop, and lead talent while managing resources to achieve business growth and profitability goals

Oversee a business with annual sales of $20–$30M and a budget exceeding $2.5M

Prepare and present financial and business development plans for Security Solutions

Deliver impactful presentations showcasing advanced security services to internal and external stakeholders
