Technical Service Requests (TSR) - Review and respond to incoming technical service issues to assist distribution with issues
Technical Service Information (TSI) - Review and process inbound TSI information and send to the respective mfg. plant for further review
Other special projects as required
Qualification
Required
Must have at least 5 years of 'hands on' field Service or shop Service experience
Education (Trade school) or an Associates degree in Applied Science in heavy equipment/agriculture service (Komatsu ACT or other manufacturer equivalent)
Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications
Ability to multi-task, manage multiple deadlines and projects
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle pressure
Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically with Pivot Tables and other reporting tools a plus, graphs and creating presentations
Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be able to travel up to 25-30% which may include international travel without any restrictions
Must be able to lift a minimum of 30-40 lbs
Strong motivation, self-starter, and the ability to work as an individual and in a team environment to make contributions that Komatsu results
