This role involves administering, optimizing, and supporting Microsoft 365 services, leading projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and drive organizational success.

Responsibilities

Configure, optimize, and support Microsoft 365 applications and services

Design and maintain SharePoint Online sites, permissions, workflows, and BI integrations

Manage Microsoft tenant-wide licenses, user roles, and security settings

Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements

Collaborate with leadership and staff to ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals

Mentor team members and provide consultative guidance

Required

Proven expertise with Microsoft 365 tools and services (SharePoint Online, Teams, O365, OneNote, Copilot, Planner, Loop)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions

Experience with Active Directory Manager and Entra ID

Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Bachelors degree required. May accept 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

Minimum of seven years of Information Systems management experience

This position requires good listening skills, expert analytical skills with the ability to recognize and solve the most complex problems and respond accordingly
