Responsibilities
Lead and manage clinical project activities related to the deployment of Epic in a multi-hospital environment, with a focus on inpatient workflows
Partner closely with operational, clinical, and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment, readiness, and successful adoption across all sites
Oversee project timelines, deliverables, issue resolution, and risk mitigation to ensure a smooth implementation
Facilitate workflow validation, enhancement, and standardization across diverse clinical teams
Coordinate multidisciplinary workgroups, ensuring clear communication and efficient decision-making
Provide guidance and support to clinical and technical teams during planning, build, testing, go-live preparation, and post-deployment stabilization
Serve as a proactive, solutions-oriented leader who removes barriers and drives results regardless of challenges encountered
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience managing clinical implementations in Children's Hospitals or pediatric-focused environments
Strong operational and technical understanding of Epic inpatient workflows (e.g., ClinDoc, Orders, ADT, Care Management, etc.)
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site deployments within large health systems
Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and committed to achieving solutions in dynamic or ambiguous situations
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Preferred
Prior experience coordinating with Epic analysts and operational leaders across multiple service lines
PMP or similar project management certification
Experience supporting large-scale Epic go-lives or optimization initiatives
