Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA | Pingree Center ($5,000 Sign-On Bonus)

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducts functional assessments and designs treatment plans, while also training and supervising staff to ensure effective implementation of evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities
Performs functional assessments of challenging behaviors for assigned clients
Designs, implements and evaluates behavioral support and intervention plans
Supports caregivers of clients with strategies for behavior support to maximize individual and familial functioning
Teaches and models behavior support techniques to caregivers and direct care staff
Provides clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians and assigned clinical staff
Provides initial and ongoing Registered Behavior Technician training and competency assessment
Monitors implementation and documentation (programs, targets, data) for assigned Registered Behavior Technicians and other direct support staff
Meets direct care and documentation requirements for assigned caseload
Teaches and models behavior support techniques to caregivers and direct care staff
Provides clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians and assigned clinical staff
Provides initial and ongoing Registered Behavior Technician training and competency assessment
Monitors implementation and documentation (programs, targets, data) for assigned Registered Behavior Technicians and other direct support staff

Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
One year of experience working with autism spectrum disorders and behavior change programs
BCBA certification
CPR certification
Valley de-escalation certification
Preferred
Two years working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders or other disabilities and co-occurring health disorders
Two years of experience with functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans
