twentyAI is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue for their modern Revenue Cycle Management platform serving hospitals and healthcare providers. The role involves managing a significant annual quota, engaging with senior financial leadership, and navigating complex sales processes within the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
Drive net-new logo acquisition within a defined territory
Own a $1.8M annual quota , averaging ~8 deals at ~$225K ASP, with targets growing toward $308K
Manage 300 assigned accounts and run 4–6 month sales cycles
Proactively prospect and build pipeline despite inbound and trade-show-generated leads
Navigate complex buying groups and sell directly to CFOs, COOs , and other senior decision makers
Work cross-functionally with technical, product, and implementation teams to ensure alignment on integrations, APIs, and data exchange
Communicate effectively with both frontline billing teams and executive stakeholders
Qualification
Required
6+ years of closing experience in enterprise or upper–mid-market SaaS
Strong track record of net-new hunting and consistent quota achievement
Experience selling into healthcare is required for fully remote candidates; more flexible for San Francisco–based talent
Comfort operating in both startup and enterprise environments
Ability to discuss technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, and implementation workflows
