Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams supporting Manhattan WMS implementation
Provide pre/post-implementation support: configuration, UAT, training, audits
Analyze warehouse processes and present recommendations to leadership
Develop standards, roadmap, and SOPs for WMS enhancements
Ensure compliance with inventory management and operational policies
Manage change requests, business cases, and cost-benefit analysis
Coordinate with IT teams on system requirements and updates
Work independently with minimal direction

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (prefer Manhattan WMS)
