Responsibilities

Diagnose computer errors and troubleshoot computer software, hardware, and networking issues
Provide technical support to remedy computer problems
Follow up with users after problems have been resolved
Install and configure software and operating systems, and update these systems when necessary
Respond to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access
Offer technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software
Train computer users

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent coursework
Strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

Preferred

1+ years' working in a technical environment
