Draft and update employment agreements, handbooks, and workplace policies
Work independently and manage assignments with minimal oversight
Communicate directly with clients as needed
Qualification
Required
Licensed and located in Washington
7+ years of labor and employment experience
Strong advisory and counseling background
Experience drafting and revising L&E policies, agreements, and handbooks
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Writing sample required (memo or similar with legal analysis; no pleadings)
Preferred
California labor and employment experience
