Treasury Management Relationship Manager

The Treasury Management Relationship Manager is responsible for providing sales support for Treasury Management services across various divisions, managing banking relationships, and ensuring optimal service delivery to clients.

Responsibilities
Sell to the Treasury Management needs of customers/prospects in all divisions of the Bank but primarily Commercial and Retail Divisions
Serves as a referral source for other Bank products and services
Engage in independent or joint calling to customers/prospects to develop information as to their deposit, financial, operational and business needs to determine how the Bank can provide the most optimal Treasury Management structure
Perform appropriate analysis of the customer/prospect needs and prepares in-depth, competitive proposals/pro formas that demonstrate the Bank’s capability to meet their needs
Identify opportunities to deliver treasury products/services and make referrals to other Bank partners
Collaborate with dedicated Commercial Relationship Managers to onboard new clients and retain existing clients through periodic and consultative Treasury Reviews
Attend lending pipeline meetings regularly to achieve commercial goals
Monitor existing customer portfolios by completing periodic Treasury Reviews to ensure customers are fully utilizing the most appropriate treasury products and services to meet their banking needs

Take ownership and ensure timely response and resolution to client issues
Maintain knowledge of internal resources and systems to mitigate disruption of service to clients
Adhere to all Compliance Requirements, complete all compliance training prior to deadline and report any concerns to management
Annual evaluation is based on the overall financial goals and profitability of assigned RM portfolios
Engage in continuing education and outside classes/seminars to understand business trends or changes in marketplace to best position the Bank for future success
Any exceptions to policy and pricing must be approved by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a business-related field
Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Excellent listening ability and effective sales presentation skills
Interacts well, establishing a good rapport with both internal and external customers
Must have superior customer service and sales skills
Will be required to travel, as needed to meet with customers/prospects
Preferred
CTP/CCM accreditation preferred or willing to take the necessary courses to obtain and maintain it
