The Scrum Master will assist and manage the process to deliver Likewize global product platforms by coordinating with various teams and facilitating agile ceremonies to promote self-organization and cross-functional development.

Responsibilities
Facilitation of meetings to go over business requests, driving them through completion and keep all stakeholders informed of the status
Facilitation of scrum ceremonies for agile teams (Sprint Planning/Demos/Retrospectives)
Support Product team in prioritizing, moving along backlog items and new items coming through the pipeline
Support scrum teams by removing roadblocks and guiding team to achieve goals
Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced working environment
Track metrics for the scrum teams throughout the releases and overall year
Prioritize bug resolution from QA within the current sprint
Prioritize bug resolution from UAT activities that occur at the end of previous sprints without impact to current workloads
Work across development teams to align on cross team dependencies and make sure teams are not blocking each other
Help facilitate resolution of issues during team’s work hours to make sure that working hours are not lost due to blockers
Coordinate with Product Scrum Master to make sure that deliverable timelines are met on or ahead of schedule to reduce just-in-time activities
Propose process improvements for development teams to ensure that sprint goals are set and achieved by teams
Qualification
Required
3 – 4 years of experience working in an agile environment
Ability to communicate across technical and business resources
Highly organized, self-starter with strong problem-solving and time management skills
Strong Microsoft skills; proficiency in Excel, Word, Teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Scrum Master Certification preferred
JIRA experience preferred
