Manage end-to-end logistics for executive dinners, networking events, and regional meetups
Support large-scale flagship events and major legal tech conferences
Ensure every attendee enjoys a seamless, “white glove” experience from invite to follow-up
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align events with strategic goals
Track event metrics and contribute to ROI reporting
Qualification
Required
3–5 years in event coordination or marketing (B2B/enterprise software preferred)
Proven experience managing both intimate high-end events and large conferences
Strong organizational, negotiation, and budget management skills
Willingness to travel ~25–30% across the US & Canada
Preferred
Experience with event management platforms (Cvent, Splash)
