They are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with a 'Hunter' mindset to lead their expansion into the Hispanic Home Services market, focusing on helping small business owners digitize their operations and get paid faster.

Responsibilities
Hunt & Close: Aggressively identify and acquire new users within the Hispanic Home Services sector (Plumbers, HVAC, Locksmiths, etc.)
Leverage Your Network: Utilize your existing relationships and community ties to generate immediate referrals and trust
Onboard & Educate: Guide service professionals through the setup process and help them understand the value of ScanPay
Scale to Lead: Start as a top-performing IC, demonstrate the playbook, and grow into a leadership role where you will recruit and manage a team
Qualification
Required
Home Services Experience: You must have prior experience selling products or software to SMB owners in the Home Services industry
Bilingual Fluency: You must be fluent in Spanish (to sell and build trust) and English (to collaborate with our internal team)
Existing Network: You have an active network of Hispanic SMB owners you can call on Day 1
Hunter Mentality: You are self-motivated, hungry for growth, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Work Authorization: You must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We do not offer visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B) now or in the future
