Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement Workday payroll integrations, with a focus on PECI-based solutions
Analyze client payroll requirements and translate them into effective integration strategies
Develop and maintain integration templates, mappings, and transformation logic for PECI files
Collaborate with payroll vendors to ensure successful data exchange and troubleshoot integration issues
Perform end-to-end testing of payroll integrations, including validation of data accuracy and reconciliation
Provide technical support and guidance to clients during payroll implementation and post-go-live phases
Document integration processes, technical specifications, and support materials
Stay current with Workday updates, PECI enhancements, and payroll best practices

Required

Proven experience with Workday payroll integrations, specifically PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface)
Certified WD payroll integration expert
Strong understanding of payroll processes, data structures, and compliance requirements
Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and related integration tools
Experience with XML, XSLT, and data transformation techniques

Preferred

Prior experience working with global payroll vendors and multi-country payroll integrations
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, HRIS, or related field (preferred)
Preferred Visa Independent candidates
