Assists with and provides infant through adult patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager or assigned RN-Clinical Nurse
Performs only those skills listed in the Record of Activity of Orientation (RAO)
Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in an accredited nursing program (or a program seeking accreditation)
Completed fundamentals of nursing
Continuous enrollment in a nursing program or a graduate of a nursing program and board eligible
BLS Certification from the AHA for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire
Eligibility to continue in the position lasts for a maximum of 6 months after graduation from nursing school
Ability to interact effectively with various cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds
