Responsibilities
Serve as the business expert to interface with new or changing business process and/or technology
Assist with managing relationship with vendors
Assess EBTPA systems functionality vs. business requirements
Analyze data to aid the business unit in making development decisions
Perform end-to-end testing ensure quality delivery
Coordinate release notes for Mphasis release testing
Work with team development managers, as well as other cross-functional PM's and IT, to coordinate and manage projects between IT, the EBTPA Department, and external vendors
Partner with carriers on existing and future-state data exchanges
Support implementation of new business
Manage activities for multiple EBTPA applications projects for all phases of project development life cycle including plan, governance, design, test, production check-out and business readiness, including the documentation of each phase
Perform data mining and reporting on behalf of EBTPA business
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of ten (10) years of claims processing experience with strong knowledge of Javelina from Mphasis and Anthem WGS
Experience with requirement gathering, specification writing and implementation processes for software preferred
Strong presentation skills required, including the ability to effectively communicate with upper management
Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Accurate and detailed oriented
