We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer specializing in Web Application Development to build modern, user-friendly web interfaces and mentor junior engineers while contributing to the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, debug, and test web-enabled interfaces for DSS products
Enhance existing product features, build new modules, and contribute to new product development
Participate in project planning, product maintenance, system enhancements, and rapid issue resolution
Mentor junior developers by sharing technical expertise and best practices
Serve as the primary development point of contact for one or more projects
Follow established documentation standards and meet required deadlines
Provide consistent feedback and technical support to assigned development teams
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including version notes, manuals, and technical processes
Communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with teams across the organization
Travel occasionally (up to 25%) based on project and client needs
Qualification
Required
6+ years of software development experience
3+ years of hands-on web application development
Demonstrate strong experience in a structured, process-driven development environment with proficiency in: HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, Angular, C#, .NET, Delphi, SQL Server
Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members
Strong attention to detail
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
Experience designing or developing EHR software
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under tight deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong organizational skills and the ability to identify and remove barriers to progress
Master's degree in a related field
MCSD, Advanced Web & Mobile Application Development certifications, or similar credentials
