Responsibilities
90% of work is completed on-site at our customer's facility
Provide IT Infrastructure field support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues to the satisfaction of the end-user
Install, troubleshoot, and fix desktops, printers, laptops, and other computer peripherals hardware problems as well as desktop applications
Troubleshoot issues with systems and networks using good deductive reasoning skills
Multitask and work with various deadlines
Complete tasks on-time
Function in stressful environments & situations
Qualification
Required
Three to four years minimum of experience providing IT Infrastructure field support
Must have completion of CMMC training certification
Strong knowledge of business LAN and WAN setups, TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP
Skilled in desktop support and PC break/fix including administration of Windows OS, including Windows Server OS
Experience with anti-malware and anti-virus software
Experience with hypervisors, including Hyper-V and VM Ware
Good written and oral communication skills with clients and management as well as people skills
Ability to lift/move computer equipment weighing up to 50lbs
Required skills: multi-task, desktop support, server support, malware removal, networking, active directory, exchange, ERP, help desk, and organized
You must have reliable transportation. Client sites are located throughout the Chicago suburbs
Ability to Commute: Crystal Lake, IL 60014 (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Crystal Lake, IL 60014: Relocate before starting work (Required)

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
