Responsibilities
Drive medium to large scale complex cross-functional projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed; manage up and downstream project impacts
Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
Organize documentation and delivery of critical program best practices, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
Juggle multiple priorities caring for visibility into delivery targets, commitments and progress
Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem solving and influencing skills
Work experience achieving results with complex projects
Exhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work
Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
At least 3 years of Project Management experience
Engaging executive presence
Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
Expertise in relationship-building
Ability to manage large complex programs with energy and excitement
